Who is Viktor Hargrove??

My name is Viktor Alexandeur Hargrove, born on Novemeber 4,1995. I am celebrating my 13th birthday. As you know, every year my mom throws me and my little brother a big BIRTHDAY PARTY. But most of you have no idea why. My mom believes in celebrating LIFE, A PARTY WITH A PURPOSE! REMEMBER the Viktor's Choice Awards??? You see I was born 3 1/2 months premature and I weighed 1 lb 7 oz, and NOVEMBER is NATIONAL PREMATURITY AWARENESS MONTH!

Thousands of babies in the US are born prematurely,some so small they can fit in the palm of your hand and 13 years ago I was one of the those babies.

But with research, and community awareness, we can help prevent PREMATURE BIRTH!

Stay tuned...In the words of our President Elect Barack Obama, I, Viktor A. Hargrove will be the CHANGE I WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD!

ELECTION DAY NOVEMBER 4,2008...MY BIRTHDAY

ELECTION DAY 2008... MY 13th BIRTHDAY!!
Doesn't get any bigger than that!
While the country is celebrating I am also
celebrating my 13th Birthday!!!
I started my day at the polls with my mom.
This is a big day in history and my mom wanted us to
follow it every step. She buys every magazine and newspaper
with the announcement of President Elect Barack Obama. She even ordered us Obama gear.
Today, we went to my favorite spot for lunch Benihana's with my cousins.Later we are going to dinner to celebrate and watch the election results at Auntie Toya's and have some birthday cake.

My Trip to LA....

No school for a week, I just turned 13, and my lil brother, my mom, and I are headed to LA. We haven't been to LA since we were little and we can't wait to get there. This week is going to be a PARTY!! No school, hangin in LA, and finally I AM 13!!! My mom said she would make the week special for us. She had a lot of surprises. My little brother doesn't like to fly, but he was feeling better when we picked up our car at LAX.Take a look at the pics,see for yourself and follow my blog for a tour of our birthday week in LA.

Dinner at CITY WALK...

It's been a long day, we are sleepy but it's still early here.
We are going to meet our God brother Brian and his fiance' Geraldine
for dinner at his favorite spot Tony Roma's at Universal Studios City Walk.

We haven't seen Brian in 4 years so we were happy to see him.
Geraldine was nice too.

Sorry we won't be able to go back to Cali in a few weeks
for their wedding but I am sure that we will see them soon.

It's Thursday and today we went to Burbank. The one thing we all agree on about our trip is that we love Cali, but we can't take the TRAFFIC! It took us forever to get to the studio, but we finally made it.

Ever wonder how cartoons are made? Today, we got an inside look at the behind the scenes of how some of the best shows on Nickelodeon.

We met the illustrators, took a tour, and even had a sneak peek at some show that will come out next year.

HOLLYWOOD

WELCOME TO HOLLYWOOD!!!! Today we went to take in the sights of LA. But we had to start our day at Roscoe's. We can't wait to go back. I want an In & Out Burger RIGHT NOW!!Hollywood Blvd, Kodak Theatre, Walk of Fame,name it,we were there. We also saw few characters hanging out while we were there. Check out our pics.

CHRISTIAN'S BIRTHDAY!

Saturday, November 8th Christian turns 9!! Today we started our day at Nickles in Marina Del Ray. The food there is so good, and our server Carol was from England. We had fun with her. Since it was Christian's birthday we went to the Santa Monica Pier, and the Jackson family (Christian, Micah, Heavyn and Aunt Desi) met us there. Then of course we had to end the night hanging out with our friends The Haddon Family (check out Lil Gerald the pic). We had so much fun! Christian said it was the "BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!" My mom says every birthday is the best birthday because we're blessed with another year. She's right, but I also agree with Christian. This trip to Cali was the best!! Of course we have some pics for you from Christian's Birthday...Check it out!

LAKERS ALL THE WAY BABY!!

We're still in LA and today my mom is taking us to the Laker game.
When were driving the Staple Center Christian was excited as soon as he saw the red lights....STAPLE CENTER

When we got in my mom bought us Laker tee shirts and of course Christian wanted a foam finger.
The Lakers played the Houston Rockets and of course the Lakers won. It was a great game.
